Our Services

Stourport Nursing provides a number of services for those in need of a helping hand. The care we provide is available from 1 - 24 hours a day and can include the following:

Personal Care: Washing, Bathing, Dressing, Toileting, Medication, Pressure area care and prevention, Catheter/Stoma care, Manual Handling.

Domestic Tasks: Cooking, Cleaning Laundry, Shopping, Finance.  

Social Needs: Companionship, Shopping, Excursions, Respite Care

Our caring and friendly staff can be with you at the times when you need them most. Overnight care is available when needed.

Reasonable requests from service users for tasks different to those detailed in the care plan, which can be accommodated within the allocated time, will be responded to with sensitivity and flexibility.

If you decide to use our services, a comprehensive care plan will be drawn up in conjunction with the service user, relatives and staff outlining what help is needed and how we will respond. The care plan will be reviewed regularly to ensure that the service user’s needs are being met fully.
